"I've completed a ticket purchase for an event, but my tickets haven't shown up in my inbox. Help!"

Emails can take up to five minutes to come from our mail servers to your inbox.
- Check your spam
We send a lot of emails. It's possible that your email provider took that the wrong way, and thinks the email was spam. You might find your tickets in your Spam/Junk/Trash folders.
If you do find it, click 'Mark as not spam' and 'Move to inbox'. This will put the email somewhere you can find it, and avoid this happening in the future!
- Contact the Event Organiser
It's possible that the email got lost on its way to your inbox, or you may have made a typo in your email address.
In this case, go to Chookas, find the event that you bought tickets for, and click the Enquiries button.
To make it easy for the organiser to find your order, let them know:
• The event name,
• The session date and time,
• Your name,
• Your phone number, and
• The last four digits of the card you used, to verify your identity.
They can then use this information to find your order, change your email address if applicable, and re-send your tickets to you.
