Refunds can be possible at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
Go to the Event Page
Go to Chookas, and find the event that you bought tickets for.
Find their Exchange Policy
Click on the 'Event Terms and Conditions', and read whether or not they allow refunds.
Contact the Event Organiser
Click on the 'Enquiries' button, and tell the event organiser about your situation.
To make it easy for the organiser to find your order, let them know:
- The event name,
- The session,
- Your name,
- Your email,
- Your phone number, and
- The last four digits of the card you used, to verify your identity.
They can then use this information to find and refund your order.
