If your company has run an event with Chookas before:
The funds will be transferred to the bank account we have on file for you.
If this is the first event for your company on Chookas:
You will be prompted to provide your bank details to us.
Notes on payouts:
- All funds are usually available to be paid out to you seven days from the conclusion of your event
- Funds may be delayed pending disputes, chargebacks and refunds
- Once a payment has been initialised, the funds may take up to three business days to appear in your account
Adding or changing banking details:
Fields that we require to add or change banking details are:
- Account name
- Bank name
- Account number
Ensure you double-check these details before submitting them, as we are unable to reverse a transaction once it has been submitted.
All changes to banking details will send a confirmation email alert to Administrators of your company.
Payouts before the event is finished:
Payouts can be requested prior to the conclusion of your event, and all cleared funds will be transferred to your banking details on file within three business days. Payouts before the conclusion of the event incur a 50 cent manual processing fee.
